An approximately 30-minute gameplay video of Dead Island 2 has surfaced online just days before the game's debut on PC and consoles.

Dead Island 2 will hit store shelves in a few days, and so inevitably there are those who have already gotten their hands on an early copy of the game and are sharing information and material online. One example is the gameplay video below, which shows the first 30 minutes of Dambuster Studios' survival game.
The footage includes the introductory sequences of Dead Island 2, thanks to which we get acquainted with the playable protagonists, namely Amy, Jacob, Dani, Ryan, Carla, and Bruno, who despite themselves will find themselves fighting hordes of brain-eaters on the streets of Hell-A, the post-apocalyptic version of Los Angeles.
The quality of the video is unfortunately not the best, since it is basically a livestream recording, but at least it gives us a glimpse of the mechanics behind the title's gameplay and combat. For example, we can see the FLESH technology made by Dambuster Studios in action, which allows us to flay zombies piece by piece with each blow delivered realistically based on where we hit them.

We remind you that Dead Island 2 will be available starting April 21, 2023 for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, Xbox One and PC.
